Budget & Finance Committee
Prepares and presents an annual association budget for approval by the KCA Board of Directors.

Bylaws Committee
Receives and studies all proposed changes to the bylaws of the association. Is responsible for presenting any changes to the general membership at its annual meeting.

Nominating Committee
Responsible for presenting a slate of qualified candidates for the offices of President, Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer to the general membership at its annual meeting.

Recommends and selects seminar topics and speakers for the spring and fall conventions.
